Current Job Openings:
GARDENER
Position available for a part-time gardener in our Landscaping area for entry or skilled-level candidates. Gardening work includes landscape garden beds maintenance; plant care – tending to trees, shrubs, roses, and perennials; and gardening specific to the needs of each client and their landscape gardens; weekly, monthly, or other seasonal visits to help maintain gardens and plants; pruning – in-season pruning and winter dormant pruning for shrubs and trees; and
vegetable and herb gardens planting and care.
JOB SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Knowledge of gardening techniques (previous gardening experience a plus)
• Knowledge of plant and flower care
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be a creative problem solver and ability to adapt as needed
Ideal candidates should have a clean driving record, transportation, and willingness to work in a team atmosphere and in the great outdoors. The work has a physical nature to it, requires working in various types of weather and locations throughout mainly west side of Cleveland.
IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN
Part-time / full-time in our Irrigation area for candidates with experience in landscape sprinkler
system installation and service. Knowledge of sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical aspects
and overall sprinkler system experience is preferred. Candidates with no prior experience and
yet with mechanical/technical ability and basic plumbing knowledge are invited to apply. We
have a training and mentoring program to help develop candidates with no or limited
experience but a desire to learn the trade.

team atmosphere and in the great outdoors. The work has some physical nature to it, and
requires working in various types of weather and working at various locations in west side of
Cleveland.
LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER
Positions available (part time/full time) in our Landscaping area for candidates with experience.
The landscaping work includes new landscape planting beds preparation, installation, and care
of plants. Other types of work include Spring clean-up/mulching, landscape lighting, and water
gardens.
Ideal candidates should have a clean driving record, transportation, willingness to work in a
team atmosphere and in the great outdoors. The work has physical nature to it, requires
working in various types of weather and locations throughout mainly west side of Cleveland.
LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
Our company focus areas include landscape designs/builds, landscape lighting, water feature
installs/maintenance, and irrigation. We are looking for a Landscape Crew Foreman to join our
team who is passionate about working in the outdoors and who can help lead our crew in
beautifying our longtime clients’ homes and properties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, develop, and effectively communicate with your crew, clients, and vendors
• Manage the entire scope of projects including job layout, materials, and required
paperwork
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Oversee safety and quality control on projects
• Oversee installations of projects, utilizing a landscape plan and/or design
• Use various equipment including skid steer and other landscape related power tools
• Clean driving record and license with the ability to drive a company truck/ trailer
combination
• Help create and maintain a weekly production schedule
• Perform any other duties as assigned

WORK CONDITIONS
Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed.
Most projects are located throughout the westside of Cleveland. Schedules for this position
may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. This position will require working
outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
One year of experience leading landscape crew
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of nursery stock and plant care / installation
Knowledge of various seasonal pruning techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-22.00
